02 / Returns & Exchanges
Strict Policy
We offer size exchange, style exchange, or store credit only.
Strictly no monetary
refunds are issued.
- Returns or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. If your required size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue.
- Please check our size chart carefully before purchasing. For any questions regarding size, fabric, or fit, contact us immediately.
03 / Damaged & Incorrect Items
All orders go through a strict, multi-level quality check before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us at info@urbansanskar.in within 3 days of delivery with unboxing proof.
- Returns for damaged products must be strictly pre-approved via email. Any items sent back without prior email approval will not be accepted at our studio.
- We accept the physical transit return within 10 days once the approval is given.
04 / Important Notes
- Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping logistics for size exchanges or damaged product returns is to be borne entirely by the customer.
- Final Sale: All discounted pieces, clearance items, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned unless explicitly proven defective.
